Once tracking confirms the package has been delivered, ownership transfers to the client. The Haus of Mane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

All wig sales are final. Ready to Ship units are sold as-is and custom units are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment is processed. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if a documented company error is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
