WIG ORDER POLICY & VERIFICATION AGREEMENT

By purchasing from The Haus of Mane (“Company”), you (“Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms. This agreement must be reviewed and accepted before checkout. Orders will not be processed without full consent and verification.

Mandatory Head Measurements

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date head measurements before placing an order. The Company is not responsible for incorrect fit, discomfort, or sizing issues caused by inaccurate measurements submitted by the Client. There are no refunds, exchanges, or adjustments for incorrect measurements.


Identity & Information Verification

To protect against fraud and unauthorized purchases, the Client agrees to provide accurate and verifiable information, including full legal name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email. The Haus of Mane reserves the right to: • Request a government-issued photo ID • Verify the payment method • Confirm billing and shipping information • Hold or cancel orders pending verification • Orders will not move into production or shipment until verification is complete.

Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment, the Client confirms they are the authorized cardholder. All payments must be made in full before production or shipment. Chargebacks, disputes, or claims filed after receiving a verified, legitimate product are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated without valid reason, The Haus of Mane reserves the right to: • Dispute the chargeback with all available documentation • Recover fees associated with the dispute • Permanently ban the client from future purchases

Color Variation Disclosure

Due to the nature of human hair, custom coloring, and artistic formulation, color may vary slightly between wigs. Variations in tone, undertone, warmth, or intensity are normal and not considered defects. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for expected, industry-standard color variation.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items

All Ready-to-Ship wigs are sold as-is. RTS items are final sale with no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Only documented Company errors (example: shipping the incorrect wig) qualify for review within 24 hours of delivery. Minor variations in color, density, curl pattern, or texture are normal and not defects.

Custom & Made-to-Order Wigs

All custom and made-to-order wigs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable once payment is processed. Each unit is crafted uniquely for the Client and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Shipping, Address Verification & Delivery

For safety and fraud prevention, the shipping address must match the billing address tied to the payment method. The Company reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if the information cannot be verified. All packages require signature confirmation upon delivery. Once tracking confirms successful delivery: • The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or misdelivery. • Responsibility immediately transfers to the Client. • Incorrect or unverified address details are the Client’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable Policy

Due to the personal, hygienic, and custom nature of luxury wigs, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns will be issued under any circumstances except documented Company error reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Fraud, Misuse & Abuse Policy

Fraudulent activity will result in immediate investigation and may lead to: • Order cancellation • Fund retention as permitted by law • Reporting to payment processors, platforms, and/or law enforcement • Permanent ban from all future purchases Examples include stolen payment methods, falsified identities, false non-receipt claims, and chargeback abuse.

Dispute Documentation

In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees the Company may submit: • Signed policy agreement • ID verification • Payment processor data • IP addresses and activity logs • Product photos, shipping records, and carrier proof of delivery

Client Acknowledgment & Consent

By completing checkout or signing this agreement, the Client confirms they have: • Read and understood this policy in full • Provided accurate personal and measurement information • Agreed that all sales are final • Understood that incorrect measurements are the Client’s responsibility • Understood color variation is normal and expected • Agreed to identity and address verification • Accepted that The Haus of Mane is not responsible for failed delivery due to Client error The Client acknowledges that they cannot dispute or reverse this purchase except in cases of verified Company error.
