Every wig from The Haus of Mane ships only to a verified billing address for client security. Signature is required at delivery. Once tracking confirms the package has been delivered, ownership transfers to the client. The Haus of Mane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
Processing Times
Ready to Ship wigs are dispatched quickly after verification is complete. Custom wigs follow their designated production schedule, and all processing timelines will be clearly outlined at checkout.
Returns & Final Sale Policy
All wig sales are final. Ready to Ship units are sold as-is and custom units are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment is processed. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if a documented company error is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Before placing your order, please measure your head using the six key points shown below. Each measurement helps determine your ideal cap size so your wig fits securely, comfortably, and naturally.
